Karnak - одни из ярких представителей итальянской школы прог-техно-дэта. Спасибо за дискографию.
Жанр я бы смело изменил на Progressive Technical Death Metal.
Начинать знакомство с коллективом имеет смысл с дебютной работы и идти в прямом хронологическом порядке, не пропуская ЕР.
Рекомендую.
