А как их ещё писать, если энкспот твердолобо выдаёт 320, и плевать ему на транскоды?
Не шибко шарю, возможно и транскод, но наверно для того спектр и привинтили в шапках, чтобы показывать какие это 320, а там уж решайте сами...
Так можно по незнанию свой релиз самому попросить в "лоу", а окажется просто что рип кривой/запись такая...
ЗЫ Сколько уже можно про эти спектры (IMG:style_emoticons/default/21.gif)

такой "срез" на 16 кГц будет при любом CBR. Если и транскод, то из честных 256, но скорее всего запись такая (музыку не слушал, любовался на спектры)
