Не думаю, что американский блэк - лучший. Один из самых лучших - это да. Одна Inquisition чего стоит. Кстати, насчёт Левиафана тут уже говорилось - не дошел до его более поздних работ, но ранние дэмо очень даже хороши.

Давайте не забывать про Норвежский и Шведский БМ. Вообще не может быть лучшей страны в бм. Топ сцен может быть, да, но минимум из 3-5 стран.

Достойных групп здесь хватает (в первой пятёрке это VON, Profanatica, Grand Belial's Key, Black Witchery и Leviathan), не больше и не меньше, чем в странах Европы, Канаде или Южной Америке, но и откровенного шлака (особенно из новомодных "поджанров" блэка) тоже полно.

Ещё мощные культовые группы из США: Demoncy, Abazagorath, Thornspawn, Unhuman Disease, Wind Of The Black Mountains, Nightbringer. Так что на месте всяких "лавкрафтов" и им подобных я бы не стал недооценивать американскую Black Metal сцену. Или это ревность?
