Почему 19? Не было смысла расширять список до 21 участника полуфинала, как бы я не любил Кровавую Радугу и Китай. 4 очка и всего два голоса - этого мало для прохода дальше.

Дальше идем по традиционной классической выработанной годами схеме. В данном туре мы определим 3-5 финалистов, которые в финале разыграют между собой почетный титул.
У каждого голосующего есть 9 баллов, а каждый альбом может быть оценен в 1 или 2 балла.
При этом, максимальное количество названных претендентов на трон получается 9, а вот минимальное теперь ограничивается 3 альбомами.

Иными словами, если вам из указанных топ-19 нравится меньше 3 альбомов, можете смело проходить данный тур мимо, ваш голос учтен не будет.
Еще раз для непонятливых: каждый избирательный протокол должен содержать от 3 до 9 альбомов с указанием 1 или 2 балла. Но в сумме не более 9 баллов.

ДЕДЛАЙН 2 ТУРА - 20 металарийцев+сутки. +моё свободное время.

И призываю еще разок внимательно переслушать номинантов.

Наоборот, ярче на порядок. А стилистика близкая: у Vale of Pnath техникал-мдм, у Allegaeon примерно тоже самое, но ещё с прогрессивностями.
