Not bad but nothing amazing either. I actually think this band is a bit overrated. Sure Henbane was great, but all people act like they are so fucking special.
I think they have a great Potential unused. If they get really sinister and aggressive they are at their best. But a lot of times i can sense repetitive filler Riffs. But as i said it's not bad. In general a good Album so far and good Band.

Не разделяю Восторгов по альбому. Сладжево-думовые моменты очень понравились, но как блэковый релиз - уровень композиторского мастерства предельно низок. Не вижу я здесь ни агрессии, ни хватки, раздражает вой. Хотя все чертовски неплохо, но слишком манерно. Эта работа дико напоминает Carcass - Reek of Putrefaction , только растянутый в 3 раза. Короче так себе, слишком переоценили(с)

We can see here that people have different tastes and express them in a definitive way as if they were speaking the truth.

Maybe I need to give it a few more listens but on first impression I just don't understand all the love for this album. It always seems like it's about to really let loose and get aggressive but then it just peters out into more of the same. Vocals are kinda questionable as well. He is trying to sound evil and menacing but it comes across more like an enraged muppet.

I agree. I was waiting for the fireworks on the first song, but the material never developed into anything. Bland. Tasteless. Bad, unfitting vocals. I haven't listened past the first song though, so I might be in for a surprise, but I highly doubt that.

Послушал пока единожды, разочарования какого-то точно нету: CdG как они есть. Причин щемить позднее творчество по отношению к более раннему как не видел раньше, так и не вижу сейчас.
Меня тоже первоначально напряг первый трэк: звучал он как семиминутное интро, что само по себе совершенно не криминально, но шальная мысля всё же закралась - а вдруг там весь альбом таких ни к чему толком не ведущих интро насочиняли.
Но вроде нет, всё по цою (IMG:style_emoticons/default/metaler.gif) (Поэтому и не люблю слушать превью, ибо слишком часто пара трэков вне контекста тебя просто дезориентирует. Вот последний трэк Akitsa я тоже не очень-то вкурил, но далекоидущих выводов снова поостерегусь).
А вот как много тут цоя - будем расслушивать, погружаться ткскзть
