Согласен альбом требует несколько "вдумчивых" прослушиваний, к счастью мне этот диск дали "попробовать" перед покупкой на неделю. Купил его в далеком 1997 и если честно слушаю намного чаще чем Dissection...

Многим из моих знакомым, кому нравился Dissection этот диск не понравился совсем (хотя здесь часть материала и написана Jon Nodtveidt , в то время группа называлась Satanized).

Эх, один альбом у команды, зато какой! Есть у таких старых альбомов свой шарм и энергетика.

Музыкальное полотно очень наполненное, здесь гармонично сочетается все то богатство экстремальной музыки, все фишки того времени, "чтобы быть".
Это и мрачные мелодические пассажи, и бластбиты, и много смен ритмов, есть у композиций толика пафосной эпичности, но альбом совершенно не скучный и не навязчивый. Это наследие шведского дэта.

Наверное, один из тех релизов, слушая который наугад можно сказать "это какие-то шведы из середины 90-х" и попасть в точку.

Не слушал этот диск года полтора (дома очень редко получается слушать музыку - жене и детям это не нравится)
Но в воскресенье (пока чистил ряпушку) прослушал целиком - есть вещи, которые с годами хуже не становятся и этот альбом как раз из этой категории...

Скажем так "плохой вариант" - всё-таки звук в разы хуже
А те альбомы которые "знаешь наизусть" и по настоящему "смакуешь" хочется слушать именно с хорошим звуком
