Если эта группа и "started out as a typical death metal band, but were to later follow the death rock trend (à la Entombed)", то было это, видимо, еще на стадии подвальных репетиций. Данный дебютный полноформат уже тяжко несёт хардкоровой истерикой и грувом, только с сырым и мрачным шведским звучанием. Что мне, как упертому олдскульщику и любителю труЪ в метале, не пришлось по душе. Хотя надо признать, что альбом своей нетрушностью как раз и выделяется на общем фоне.

Аналогично не понравилось, преподнесено на "шведском саунде", который в 94 году научились накручивать с закрытыми глазами, но материал сильно отличается по своим структурам и уносит нас совсем в другие дебри. Может быть музыкальный материал и неплох, но очевидно негармоничный и на слух не ложится, даже подбешивает (особенно слабый голос вокалиста). В чем-то здесь есть нотки а-ля Entombed, но те ребята так и остались оригиналом, а эти так и остались бандой десятой очереди.
