Этот альбом производит колоссальное впечатление. Это одна из самых смелых работ в истории дэт-метала. Звучит так, как будто Хендрикс, Шульдинер, Эмерсон и злобный орк на вокале встретились в угаре чада кутежа и заджемовали! Некую параллель можно провести только с поляками Lux Occulta, но больше ничего даже относительно похожего Вы не найдёте.

Теперь поговорим о звучании. Сам звук вполне чёткий, на уровне. Все инструменты звучат звонко, и их партии хорошо слышны. Вокал злобного орка представляет собой осипший низкий гроулинг вперемешку с хриплыми выкриками. Гитарные соло как будто выкрали из раннего хэви и психоделик-рока 80-х. Партии баса и ударных в чётком взаимодействии рождают плотный дэтовый саунд. На "Jag & Vem" ко всему этому великолепию подключается ещё и саксофон, что создаёт дополнительные ассоциации с джазкором(!) и прог-роком. Безумие в своём апогее.

Однако, несмотря на яростные вопли, гитарные запилы и бластбиты, альбом совсем не выглядит злым. Его прослушивание сначала напоминает прогулку по вечернему лесу в пасмурную погоду, а потом декорации меняются и вы попадаете в какое-то трэш-кабаре совмещённое с Wacken Open Air.

В общем, советую залить это безумное пойло в Ваш плеер, и Вам никогда не надоест его переслушивать. © Dark-world - Blagomir
