Hmmm let me say something on this
This is the pure melodic death metal and not the emo metalcore (IMG:style_emoticons/default/22.gif) !
Your ear need to listen more easy melodies, then try metalcore!
These are normal melodies for melodic death METAL
Its not the best album but anyway its METAL!

По превью классная вещь! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/20.gif) . Я согласен с Demuirg о том, что это действительно настоящий мелодик дет. Голландцы молодцы, в последнее время меня очень радуют, играя качественный мелодет (вспомните хотя бы Escutcheon - один из самых впечатляющих релизов не только этого года, а и в мелодик дете вообще). А металкор действительно слишком прост, однослоен и пуст как для меня.

Their music is without any expresion, it left emptiness their name should be mean without heart not with heart. And for me is most metalcore than melodic death (judging by the vocals), but there's melodic death influences, just is too slow and without power and hard parts which melodic death must contain. Otherwise metalcore and MDM would be the same. Don't like metalcore, but MDM I like. Also consider that MDM have much better producers, metalcore feels so cheap, to me anyway, everyone has the rights on his own opinion, and tastes are different and they should be.
Anyway like the bands who share their music with the hungry metal masses, and don't complain when someone upload their albums on web, 'cause that's only chance to hear, and decide to buy album or not.

Поворчав на название группы (почти Аккордеон какой-то! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) ) и на вступление - блин, да сколько же можно делать совершенно однотипные, избитые и банальные симфонические интро!, - я в дальнейшем, однако, разинул рот от удивления, ибо молодые голландцы нарезают на редкость несовременную модель melodic-death, а именно - олдскул-МДМ! Ну а чего сегодня играют 90 процентов МДМ-щиков (?) - модернятину какую-нибудь, металкор, или МДМ, не содержащий, собственно, самого понятия death. А вот молодые Syncardion - честь им и хвала! - решили пойти по непопулярному пути, и играть тот самый стаф, который разрабатывали мелодик-дэтовые команды в начале-середине 90-х годов. Могу назвать такие группы, как Unanimated, Ceremonial Oath, Eucharist, The Everdawn. То есть в основе музыки Syncardion лежат энергичные дэтовые рифы + ультрамелодичность соло-гитар - раз, не столько гроулинг, сколько яростно кричащие-орущие вокалы (а их, дерущих глотку, явно больше, чем один) - два, непопсовый и даже намеренно грязноватый звук - три. В общем, для любителей жанра, выросших на МДМ'е тех лет новый небольшой (всего на пол-часа) альбом голландцев Syncardion - это как глоток свежего воздуха в постепенно теряющем свои корни пласте тяжёлой музыки. Не могу выделить что-то конкретно по композициям - всё в целом смотрится стабильно и ровно (ну, разве что Recognition - лучшая среди равных), но носом чую (да и интуиция неплохая), что группа стоящая и что она ещё себя проявит. 8.5/10
