Band SS-18 was created in 2001 by musicians of such formations as BESTIARY and BAAL ZEBUTH. SS-18 continue to bring themes of Armageddon and antihuman war (most precise on nuclear weapon and all that belongs to it), which was rose up earlier by MISANTHROPIC ART. Two years later Nobody (the leader of formation) was forced to stay alone with his own offspring in hands, but he continued to work on SS-18 as studio project.
In 2008, after five years of silence, Nobody gained new members for SS-18 and till the end of the year he recorded and released his very first full-lenght named as "Technogen Pandemonium" which describes the beauty of nuclear Armageddon and extinction of humanity in its all glory.

SS-18 has no relations to ns. "SS-18" is the label of Russian strategic nuclear missile, also named as "Satana".

Ранее выпущенный шведским лэйблом BLOOD HARVEST Rec. на 12″ виниле, дебютный миник “Ravenous Decease” питерской формации PYRE с сего момента доступен в MCD формате (мини-винил ковер). The double-CD digibook is still at the pressing plant. We're expecting delivery in around 2 weeks.
In the meantime, the band has released an official free 320kbps mp3 download version of the full album, with a PDF lyric book (see link above).
Please note that the PDF lyric book contains all of the lyrics, but does not contain all the artwork and photos that are included in the physical release.
The double-tape version will hopefully be ready by the end of May. I've just finished the layouts.

On a different note we have finished the drums, bass and rythmguitars on the Nettlecarrier album - its turning out very dark and grimm!!

Canadian blackened death metal blasphemers WEAPON entered The Physics Lab studio in their hometown of Edmonton on March 18 with producer Terry Paholek to begin recording their long-awaited Relapse debut and follow-up to 2010's critically acclaimed "From The Devil's Tomb". Continuing on the same scathing path as their previous works, the upcoming release, planned for the fall of 2012, is sure to be their most vicious and all-out evil offering to date.

Неторопливый вцелом, немецкий меланхоличный блэк, поначалу радует хорошей слышимостью всех инструментов и в особенности баса, но чем дальше тем хуже. Такое ощущение что Weird Fate собрались на репетицию и начали импровизировать. Причем, очень осторожно меняя темы - не дай бог, барабанщик собьется от неожиданности. Все становится очень сонным и залипающим, в дальнейшем быстро проявляется и исчезает энергичный, по сравнению со всем остальным материалом кусок, но он тоже сваливается в вязкое и серое нечто. И всю дорогу держится устойчивое ощущение, что музыканты сами не знают, что бы дальше поиграть и натужно растягивают песни. Акустический этюд с названием "1709" по ходу тоже несет функцию музыкального керамзита не выделяясь вообще ничем - ни яркой мелодикой ни энергичным настроением. Одноименный альбому трек несколько разгоняет скуку, и дальше все идет пободрее, но ситуацию уже не выправляет. На двоечку.

Надо бы предупредить всех, кто может соблазниться тэгом "industrial black metal", как я, и скачать ЭТО... дешевая танцевальная электро-музыка с хрипловатым вокалом... при взгляде на фотку на архивах все подозрения о фагготрии подтверждаются... этот отстой абсолютно ничего общего с индастриал блэком не имеет...

PROFANATICA "Sickened By Holy Host" 2-LP/CD

OUT NOW ON HHR: This is NOT the new PROFANATICA album, but rather an intriguing 39-minute DOUBLE 12" mLP recorded in two distinct studio sessions. Both records feature a laser etching around the outer rim on all 4 sides and come in silkscreened picture disc sleeves housed in a matte finish jacket with UV spot gloss.

PART #1 features 5 new songs plus 2 old classics written and recorded by Ledney with a session member. The performance on this work is much like their primitive NECROVORE-ous atrocities committed in the early '90s and allows for safe assumption of what could have been heard on their long-lost album, "The Raping of the Virgin Mary."

Meanwhile, PART #2 features the same titles but written and recorded by Gelso alongside the same drums & vocals performed on record #1. The execution of this session continues in the more musical direction showcased on their first 2 albums and incorporates soundscapes sonically compiled by the late Aragon Amori. The end result is nothing short of devastating, and the vast contrast between these two sessions takes on the form of an album in itself that is sure to appeal to both old & new devotees of the black cult...HERE IS WISDOM!

MASTERS HAMMER - 2012 - VRACEJTE KONVE NA MISTO

For some incidental reasons in autumn 2011 I couldn't fly again to our favourite sunny beach in southern India, I'm stuck here in Bohemian frozen wilderness for the whole winter. I enjoyed the fading sun, admired hoarfrost on my windows and crooky branches of elderly oaks covered by new snow. Impressive grey silence and loneliness. Brave rednecks in local pub are at present the only specimen of civilization. My time is split between book illustration job and musicwriting. When the flaming throat of the iron stove in my studio is shining and roe deers are passing outside, I'm composing songs inspired by winter landscape at night and by graveyard typography. When walking on cemeteries, I've noticed several times a strange inscription which I found appropriate as title for this album: "Vracejte konve na místo" (Put Watering Cans Back in Place).
