It has come to my attention that many of you release albums with either: corrupted, incomplete or MISSING tags. This is not only lazy and irresponsible but shows complete lack of respect to the music you offer us.

I don't know about you but I prefer to KNOW what I listen to. For example - there were a lot of releases of Ukrainian or Russian bands which tracks were listed as "Track 1, Track 2" etc. Moreover the mp3s themselves had no name. And I ran into such releases not once or twice

I understand we get the music for free. I say it IS a way of promoting smaller and unknown bands. HOWEVER when you screw up the tags like that or do not give proper info you are NOT helping the bands even by this kind of promotion.

Most of us here are last.fm users. As such I like to have my tags working, so the bands can gain more popularity there and eventually be heard by larger audiences. This cannot happen when you post poorly done releases. Or by obstructing the tags by putting ads in front of the first track's tag

Yeah I can add them myself, but that's not the point. The point is that you deliver something to us and it is your responsibility to do it in a proper and qualitative way. So I plead you to stop the race of quick releases and instead concentrate on the quality side. You are not profiting from that anyway. Oh wait I forgot - the more "Thanks" you get the bigger your penis is

That being said, I will chase and slaughter every infidel who does not have the decency to sit on his ass and do a proper release
