Yes this band is very interesting and they have a unique drum beat, they developed:

They have also experimented, like Orphaned Land, with Middle Eastern sounding guitar riffs. Мощнейшая работа, аж дух захватывает и уносит куда-то на вершины зиккуратов. Лучшая в Middle Eastern стилистике и для меня лично куда более интересная, чем все альбомы Orphaned Land. Вот так должен звучать натуральный месопотамский паган.

Melechesh дали жару, альбом по настоящему с восточной атмосферой, по сути уникальная группа и уникальный творческий подход, нашли себя. Есть небольшая доля однообразия, но в целом очень драйвово и динамично, отдельно отмечу ритм-секцию - просто уходит в отрыв.
