Группа благополучно перешла к thrash. И если в Gentleman Death, Forever Alone или Another Nameless Face они во всю эксплуатировали идеи Metallica, вплоть до подражания в вокале, то в блоке песен Draintime, Surrounded by Idiots, Desert Grins, What's Your Pleasure?, Prego они явно обратились к techno thrash. Удивило наличие в Parallels рэгги. Плюс к этому стилистическому пиру - ритм-н-блюз I Ain't Drunk, I'm Just Drinkin'.
В итоге имеем очень интересный альбом.
