Мощно, мелодично, монументально, волшебная атмосфера 90х! На следующих альбомах их не в ту степь понесло...

Офигенный альбом, слушаю с удовольствием и сейчас - столько всего накручено: и мелодии, и соляки, и смены ритма, и скорость (как для Опят), и эта самая атмосфера. Эх... Сколько не искал - ни у кого ничего и близко похожего не нашел.

Всем дебютам дебют. Здесь Opeth насочиняли столько мелодий, что иной группе хватило бы на 3 альбома. Все композиции хороши, но отдельно выделю In Mist She Was Standing - шедевральная вещь. Ну и концовка Forest of October. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)
Особой похвалы заслуживает звук - не припомню, чтобы на первом релизе какой-либо шведской команды было такое благолепие, особенно в плане баса.
