Их музыка красива и грустна, как и подобает настоящему doom-death.. 68 минут Музыки, пропитанной какой-то вселенской тоской, пролетают как одна, незаметно. Как уже конец? Хочется немедленно запустить альбом с начала. Подлинный шедевр.

Долгое время этот релиз было у меня самым любимым альбомом. Изумительно красиво и печально. Плюс очень низкий вокал,- иногда даже кажется, что он лежит где-то в диапазоне субконтроктавы.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) Но никакой безыходности, - просто грусть. Трек The Fall Of Nakkiel (Nakkiel Has Fallen) удивил меня несказанно, однажды выдавив слезу из моей отнюдь не сентиментальной жены. Во как бывает.. Вот и сейчас, - поставил я этот трек, и он меня просто убил..
В принципе, эта команда мгновенно узнаваема. Есть у них свое лицо.
И очень хочется надеяться, что эти датчане не изменят своему стилю..

[оффтоп] Когда какая-то сволочь утащила у меня этот диск, я погрузился в тяжелейшую депрессию и опасался, что дело может кончиться инфарктом.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) [/оффтоп]

Слушал ещё на кассете у друга. Музыка казалась словно не от мира сего: в депрессию не вгоняла, но брала за душу какой-то неуёмной тёплой печалью. Мне, неискушённому слушателю, тогда особенно запомнилось щебетание птиц под акустическую гитару, а так как компьютер уже имелся в наличии, хотелось зацифрить такую красоту. Потом был cdonpc.ru - тогда ещё бесплатный. Я скачал альбом по частям и раздал с помощью ftp знакомым. "I Love Thee" всей локалкой слушали месяца три наверное. Были времена... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif)

До следующих выпусков добрался я гораздо позднее и был крайне разочарован. Даже наиболее близкий по духу Veronika Decides To Die был отправлен в печь, как главное разочарование 2006го года, а ведь сколького ожидалось! Эх... Приходится утешать себя, что на самом деле Saturnus выпустили всего 1 альбом...
