Не могу понять... У меня со слил всегда все офигенно качалось. Раньше особенно часто на нонейме альбомы туда заливали. Не юзаю только потому,что множество людей его не любит... Вот только не может же быть так,что у всех херово,у одного меня хорошо.
Ну да ладно.

Перезалить куда?

куда угодно, когда я раньше говорил что у меня отовсюда качает, я забыл про слилру - потому что редко туда льют.

вот с него мне более 500 кб не скачать, и то - скорость 2-3 кб/с

например на ифолдер можно, you-love.net ... только не слил ру

А почему у меня битрейт показывает VBR, самый низкий 192 и самый высокий 320, так что средний у меня 256

ну сам прикинь, откуда там самый низкий 192?
26 метров на 22 минуты. это где-то 160 в среднем.
