на полке давно стоит...хороший, хороший релиз...вообще и ранние summoning нравились, всегда воспринимал их музыку как дарквэйв саундтрек к чему то интересному (IMG:style_emoticons/default/20.gif) , но здесь ощутимо меньше электроники, больше black metallike хмурого гитарного саунда, за счёт чего альбом получился несколько жёстче.

Суперофигенный эпичнейший релиз, лучший альбом Summoning с просто огромным отрывом от всего остального. Тут тебе и живая флейта, и внезапная песня на чёрном наречии, и море великолепных, мелодичных, затягивающих фортепианных клавишных. Жаль, что Протектору досталось скримить всего 3 трека, зато они стали лучшими на альбоме: мгновенно влюбляющая в себя Across the Streaming Tide, монументальнейший мегашедевр Might and Glory и мечтательная, плывущая в облаках Land of the Dead. В отличие от всех остальных пластинок Summoning, Силениус здесь почти что хорош как вокалист (собственно, вокал здесь вообще проработан на пять баллов); из его вещей больше всего понравилась минималистичная Northward. Также сыграли свою роль и по-особенному записанные гитары, которые разительно отличаются от всего того, что было "до" (и, видимо, "после" тоже) — ровное, переливчатое гудение почти без грязи и треска. Кажется, продолжать линию Oath Bound австрийцы не планируют, по какому поводу я сильно расстроен.

Альбом, на котором лишь два трека напоминают о былом величии группы: Mirdautas Vras и Land Of The Dead. Два сверкающих бриллианта, вправленных в бенадёжно серый шероховатый камень.
