Врут. У Pathologist на "Putrefactive And Cadaverous Odes About Necroticism" ещё раньше.

И коллектив и альбом крайне необычны. Судя по тому, что в музыки помимо техно-дэта, присутствуют вкрапления чего вроде грайндкора, начинаю понимать откуда ноги растут у Brain Drill и подобной "олимпийской" музыки (IMG:style_emoticons/default/1488.gif)

При прослушивании периодически думаю о том, стал бы этот альбом настолько хорош, будь на нем другая вокальная подача, например на манер шведских вопильщиков или американских гроулеров. И что-то мне кажется, что этот альбом не испортить ничем)

Музыкально - очень одаренное и вдохновенное произведение, вокал на любителя, но трека с третьего становится "по себе". Вообще, конечно, такие релизы пишутся на вдохновении и у Demilich таковое чувствуется, здесь прям прет каждый трек. Все очень вкусно, органично и гармонично. Альбом и самобытный, и исторический.

Группы съезжают, когда из под палки начинается требование релизов от фанатов, лейблов, СМИ и прочих. Не знаю историю распада конкретно Demilich, но оставшись они в строю - были бы европейскими конкурентами группам типа Immolation, с контрактом на мейджоре, стабильными турами, майками, фиолетовыми винилами и фан-страницей в каждой из соц.сетей. Сейчас вроде как очередной реюнион, всё есть - свежих релизов только нет, без них не то...

А у меня этот альбом после 3-4-5 прослушиваний так и остался "за бортом" в отличии от Demigod-1992, Amorphis-1992, Mordicus-1993 и Scum-1995...

Просматривая тему и читая мнения других людей наткнулся на своё же коротенькое сообщение/высказывание по поводу этого альбома, и оно меня улыбнуло! Думаю, как я мог тогда так мало написать про него, про альбом который уже много лет слушается с маниакальным постоянством, не каждый день, нет, но если кнопка плей нажалась то подряд несколько раз))), мне в нём нравится всё, не ищу я недостатков, да и плевать на них если и есть таковые, для меня их нет!!! Штука которая вдохновляет и подымает настроение, настраивает на жизнеутверждающий лад, ну или попросту бодрит, когда это нужно!!! Лично для меня ШЕДЕВР НА ВСЕ ВРЕМЕНА!!! И что самое классное, что его хочется ещё и ещё!!! Вот уж где олд-скул жир!!!

Как сейчас помню, этот альбом у меня был на одной кассете с Brutal Truth, и в отличие от Brutal Truth не заходил очень долго.
Чувствовал, что это что-то невероятно крутое, а раскусить не мог.

С относительно недавних пор, нужно еще уточнять какую версию альбома вы слышали, потому что, например, на издании Demilich - 20th Adversary of Emptiness звук Nespithe сильно отличается от привычного старого варианта и не в лучшую сторону, как по мне.

Про себя скажу, что слушал с кассеты друга (как всегда, менялись на толпе кассетами на неделю, это было или осенью 1993 или зимой 1993-94), качество было так себе. Но, именно, интересность музыки определяла судьбу альбома (то, что не нравилось или быстро стиралось или вообще не записывалось)
