I don't like this re-recording.
They wrecked the sound and it lacks the dirty/evil, Bathory-type feel/atmosphere of the original version.
I bought this 2012 vinyl, nobody wrote how different it is compared to the original 1998 CD.
I thought it was just a remaster.

Usually I do not like re-recordings, but to me, this new version sounds 100X better. Original version is unlistenable.
