И таки да. Это, безусловно, успех. Данный альбом можно рассматривать как квинтэссенцию достижений французской чёрной музыки. В наличии и фирменный французский мелодизм, и узнаваемый звук, и обилие диссонансов, и совершенно безумно-психоделичные фрагменты. И слушается всё это совершенно цельно, не создавая впечатления сшитого из сотни разноцветных кусков ковра, напротив, здесь каждая деталь, каждый ход, каждая сюжетная нить - на своём месте и привносит вклад в целостность общей картины. При прослушивании сами собой напрашиваются ассоциации и с DsO, и Arkhon Infaustus, и Aosoth даже.
Релиз однозначно достойный внимания. Проникнуться и восхищаться, пожать плечами и забыть, или же яростно отплёвываться - дело уже ваше. Но ознакомиться - обязательно.

Неплохой альбомчик, на разик послушать вполне, но с комментами по поводу злобы и мощи не согласен, я вот сегодня концерт декапитейтед пересматривал, вот там по лучше дела обстоят, хотя вообще сейчас злобным ни чего не кажется...всё уже приелось.

как это ни кто не отметил достаточно неплохие сиськэ на облоге (IMG:style_emoticons/default/1488.gif)
По музыке всё вроде бы на месте, только вот так называемая ярость какая то ненастоящая. Не чувствуется эмоционального посыла... нет энергии. Такая же беда была на альбоме Ages Of Decay... Witnessing The Fall пока не слушал... Погонять в плеере можно, а вот желания приобрести все это дело на диске не возникает

Хороший, качественный детх в духе Ulcerate, звучит так же - меланхолически, отстраненно, отрешенно. Такая внутренняя рефлексия прошлых тяжестей жизненных и духовных. Здесь нет безумного шквала, ярости, дичайших скоростей, мозговыверта. Диссонансы, темный вокал, грамотные мелодии, атмосферность - здесь все это на месте. Я ожидал злобного термоядерног ада, но это даже хорошо, что его не получил, ибо его - полным полно, а работ такого уровня - тихих и грамотных, при этом качественных и реализованных с целью вдумывания, переслушивания и вчувствования - не так много. Франция - поистине кладезь современного музыкального мира металла.

Слушайте, это ОТЛИЧНАЯ МУЗЫКА и один из сильнейших альбомов года.

Какой-то дикой ярости и злости я тут тоже не нашел. Но альбом понравился. Я бы сказал, Svart Crown - это такой более спокойный и менее злой Ulcerate.
