Самый искренний и одновременно самый душевный альбом Железной Девы. У меня язык не поворачивается назвать это хэви, это тяжёлый рокерол, но какой же он классный, черт побери! Эти соляги! Этот вокал! А до чего прекрасна Strange World! А режущая уже с самого начала Prowler! Это очень сложно описать словами, это можно почувствовать только душой! Спасибо пёсикам за этот магический релиз, путешествие в волшебную сказку! Больше такое не повторится!

На тот момент достаточно типичный продукт того времени, инструментальная часть чудо как хороша, к вокалу есть вопросы...

... все-таки Di Anno при всем своем некогда неплохом потенциале скорее всего не вытянул бы The Number of the beast, например, не говоря уже поздних релизах группы, его там просто нельзя представить...да на сольниках остался на уровне, как и был, при этом в Battlezone был гораздо гармоничнее.

Есть малая толика правды в этих словах. Running Free своим ритмом напомнила некоторые ранние композиции Uriah Heep.

Не раз говорил, что мне очень нравится энергетика, задор этого альбома. ДиАнно как раз очень подходит своей вокальной манерой такому звуку. тем не менее, кажется, что в медленных композициях (Remember Tomorrow, Strange World) вариант с вокалом Брюса был бы предпочтительнее.
До сих пор, слушая эту пластинку, затрудняюсь сказать даже, какая из песен мне нравится меньше. Наверное, тут все очень удачно подобрано, как орехи в шишке, один к одному. Отдельно лишь скажу про Transylvania - инструментальная композиция ни на йоту не уступает песням.
