Переслушивал сегодня этот альбом впервые года за 3 и, честно говоря, здорово боялся разочароваться. Но уже первые несколько композиций подтвержили величие этого альбома. Какие же здесь мелодии. И пусть кое-где можно было бы сыгарть и поаккуратнее, и потехничнее, но это, право, такие мелочи... Альбом не просто великолепен, он именно Велик. За этот альбом они в 1998 получили норвежскую премию Грэмми (на той церемонии Dimmu Borgir были номинантами и Astennu (хоть и записал партии гитары на этом альбоме) "открещивался" от этого)

Слушаю его довольно часто и особенно он взаимодействует с прохладной или дождливой погодой, очень подходит к этому времени, когда настроение приподнятое, а на улице идёт снег или дождь и это сопровождается ветром, не сильным шквалом который несёт разрушения, а просто ветром который помогает правильно распределить осадки по земле), и, я выскажу лишь своё мнение, услышав его в первый раз, мне ни когда не хотелось в момент прослушки заменить его на что-то другое, люблю слушать его полностью и желательно не один раз. Особенно есть места где клавиши как перезвоны или перемигивания снежных хрусталиков на ветру и солнечных лучах столь редких в зимний период. Короче шикарно и на долго, прекрасный альбом!!! В 2020 вышло новое издание Covenant ‎– In Times Before The Light на лейбле Cosmic Key Creations ‎– COS004. Указано, что альбом ремастирован - Remastere. В чем это ремастирование заключается? Может кто скинуть послушать?

Я загуглил. Судя по всему, полноценный ремастер со значительными улучшениями звучания. Как ни крути, оригинал – тёмненький по звуку, ему фактуры не хватает, писалось явно на коленке по стандартам времени.
По отзывам - после покупки ремастера народ первопрессы продаёт.
Так что я таки тоже вопрошу, который тут имеет ремастер и от народов оный скрывает? Это грех пред сцотоной, нельзя быть таким беспечным (IMG:style_emoticons/default/25.gif)
