Чет я особо металкора в современном понятии не ощутил (так сказать хэппи металкора), ни брейков, ни завываний... скорее тут уклон в трэшевые (старохардкоровые) дела с бластами и мелодэтовый настрой... очень агрессивный альбом с техникал приблудами и вкраплениями мелодики (IMG:style_emoticons/default/crazy.gif) подкорректирую немного жанр
вот в описании верно написано: DARKEST HOUR combine the passion, energy, and soul of punk/hardcore with the style, speed, vengeance and fury of melodic speed/thrash/death metal.

Разочарован. Альбом сер и уныл. Ни одной песни не выделю. Последняя могла получиться, но тема куплета вообще не развита, а самое сильное место, которое д.б. в припеве - абсолютно никакое.
Вокалист сильно тужился, но всем песням это не помогло. Не думал, что после красочного альбома 14го года, группа выдаст такое УГ. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/normal_Homerdisgust3s.png)

Сабжу выпала честь быть первым моим корчиком в этом году. В целом удовлетворительно, интересных моментов наковыривается достаточно, но только в полноценные песни они превращаются лишь три раза за альбом - в первой, пятой и девятой песнях. В "Enter Oblivion" засветился приятный, низкий вокал, которого в будущем хотелось бы больше.
Как вердикт: угрюмый металкор/мелодэт, который определённой атмосферностью не даёт разгуляться стилевым шаблонам по альбому, но в котором сильно не хватает хитовости и целостности.
