+2 - горячее одобрение (да, отличный альбом, преступно недооцененный, должен стоять в одном ряду с признанной классикой)
+1 - сдержанное одобрение (да, неплохо, в один ряд с классикой не поставлю, но альбом хороший, годный),
-1 - неодобрение (ничего особенного, восторгаться здесь определенно нечем, правильно, что его недооценивают)

Дополнительно по одному разу на весь список допускается выставить сверх-баллы:
+3 - чистый восторг и благоговение (Old Vyaine Edition) - если в списке встретился альбом, который Вам особенно дорог и Вы ну очень хотите его возвысить над всеми.
-2 - "никому не нужное подвальное гуано" (Exorcist Edition) - так ненавидите альбом, что прям кюшать не можете.

По итогам будет вычислен рейтинг каждого альбома, альбомы с двумя наивысшими рейтингами по каждому из годов составят финальные пары. В случае, когда первое место по рейтингу существенно отрывается (более чем на +20%) от второго и последующих - альбом объявляется победителем года досрочно.

Вариантов въехать в него сходу у тех, кто его услышит только благодаря голосовалке, практически нет. Но для того ведь и даются три недели, чтобы успеть переварить незнакомые альбомы. Но я думаю, ознакомление у многих прошло по принципу "вырубил на 4-й песне, ниасилил".

И сразу обидок я смотрю больше в комментах стало (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) А нечего обижаться, либо голосувалки по стилям делать, либо терпеть и с пониманием относиться)) Псайхотик тот же как только не oбсиpaли, потому как не все сам стиль воспринимают. Ннууу, если речь идёт о прог-роке, тогда, канеш, семидесятые вне конкуренции, уровень коллективов тогда был запредельный. Я и сам немало толковых команд из девяностых+ назову, но они отцам просто не соперники. Плюс, в это время всякие новаторства плавно переползли из рока в электронику. Шо касается восьмидесятых, то тамошнюю экспериментальщину металхеды не особо слушают и знают.
