Наконец-то добрался до прослушивания, в ходе которого выяснилась одна интересная вещь - альбом оxyенен. Я очень давно не слышал такого цепляющего тяжеляка. Выше были параллели с Dissection (вполне обоснованные). Как по мне, эти немцы превзошли своих вдохновителей. Сюда бы добавить мрачных тягучих клавишных, так и вовсе бы получился шедеврище. Но даже в таком слегка сыроватом виде материал достоин всяческих похвал. Огонь!

Категорически удачный релиз от молодой немецкой банды, решившей сыграть метал в лучших традициях шведской мелодичной школы на манер любимых мною (и судя по всему авторами сего произведения) Dissection, Necrophobic, Unanimated, Gates of Ishtar. Рубят, конечно, на достаточно вылизанном звуке, практически кристальном, но настроение и дух этой музыки держат на себе внимание целый час. На альбоме масса удачных мелодий, положенных на динамичную инструментальную подложку, но надо отдать должное группе - они не звучат как кавер-группа, скорее, как группа принявшая эстафету.

Группа и альбом стали маленьким открытием.

Кстати, автором роскошной, по моему мнению, обложки, а вернее автором полноценного художественного полотна выступил Santiago Caruso, вот его сайт http://santiagocaruso.com.ar/. Аргентинец лишь частично работает с метал-бандами, по большей части готовя иллюстрации для книг, уровень приятно впечатляет.

ну такое, не дослушал. ни искры ни копоти, все очень стерильно.
