Да, я тоже ждал. Прошлый, кстати, понравился очень, не понимаю претензий в его адрес. Звук так вообще идеален там для такой музыки, да и отличных вещей хватает (правда, по большей части, авторства Перри). Только вот рип новинки какой-то странный - два трека длительностью 15-20 минут. Или так и задумано?

Это когда по-твоему? По мне, "Into the Labyrinth" (1993) - один из лучших альбомов, да и "Spiritchaser" (1996) интересен весьма (про реюнион уже писал). Не сказал бы, что последние работы сильно уступают классическим 87-88 гг.

Children of the Sun (забыл) и Amnesia , как раз попытка вернуться в восьмидесятые. Неплохо, , но до ранних работ явно не дотягивают. Соглашусь, что Anastasis лучший из последних.

Вообще заметна тенденция, не только относящаяся к данному проекту. Группы после реуниона, выпускают неплохой альбом, а дальше начинают выжимать из себя. Но чаще всего безрезультатно. Я не противник возвращений команд, даже на посредственном альбоме всегда можно найти пару замечательных трэков.

Музыка то на самом деле очень легкая и приятная, при этом не скатывающаяся в т.н. примитивный изи лиснин, но после однотипного жужжания метала надо несколько подходов к ней предпринять, она не раскрывывается с одного спешного наскока.

Попробуй прочекать еще разок 1990, 1993 - если уж и тогда не попрет - ну ...
