Thy Serpent's track sucks -- too far from their earlier work. It has a raw sound to it which is replaced by the atmospheric/melodic sound they used to have. Ash Pool's track is fine, at least it has some keyboards.

Не знаю, мне и первый трэк хорошо зашёл (при том, что Thy Serpent в аспекте музыки здесь был мне интересен строго во вторую очередь). И не сказал бы, что он лишён мелодий и клавиш, скорее благодаря звуку (плюс, наверное, не самой оптимальной оцифровке, не знаю) это не так уж бросается во внимание.

А вообще обе группы выпустили на удивление комплементарный материал. Вроде и хочется пошутить про группу, в обойме которой есть сплиты и с Nightwish, и с Ash Pool одновременно, а тут вон оно как.

У Ash Pool инструментальная часть прямо отсылает к материалу Cremation Is Irreversible, а клавиши здесь ещё изобильнее, чем на сплите с Akitsa. Крутой мелодичный трэк. Как всегда, собственно.

Totally agree on that. The track sounds like their early demos especially the drums...more into old Beherit stuff, I guess.
Definitely the production was under 50$.

Ой, что это ((( звук просто ужасный, но даже сквозь эту кашу слышны очень хорошие мелодии. Очень хотелось бы от фиников нового материала, с нормальным звуком конечно. А так, событие, конечно знаковое.
