Будучи давним поклонником трад дума много раз пытался слушать данный коллектив и ничего не могу с собой поделать - не нравится, не цепляет, не хватает чего-то. Здесь, увы, тоже самое. Хотя могу предположить, чем они так всем нравятся: звучание в рамках стиля, но более "новое", не "классичное".

These modern pseudo doom bands haven't invented anything. They are doing what already exists. They try to put their own personality in it but at the end it has no interest compared to the standards.
Plus this is quite polished here which does not help at all and I'm not even speaking about the vocals... Overrated as 95 percent of recent popular bands in every metal styles.

В свое время не слушал альбом 2017 года, сейчас решил заценить оба.
Совпадение ли, что группы, перешедшие на Nuclear Blast теряют в индивидуальности и качестве материала, или они сначала скатываются, а потом их подписывают - секрет. Но я буду винить Nulcear Blast в том, что у нас минус одна отличная группа.

Уж до чего атмосферными были первые два альбома. Для меня как не большого любителя традишнл дума они явились просто откровением, что в этом жанре можно делать интересно и атмосферно. Группа творила в ключе коллег по цеху Warning, 40 Watt Sun.
А что сейчас? Абсолютно не примечательная музыка, дум как дум, коих тысячи. Только когда врубаются соляки, слышны отголоски когда восхитившей меня группы.

Конечно, тут все не так плохо, ребята стараются, но стилистически мне это мало интересно, а сравнения с ранними работами альбом не выдерживает.

Буду слушать еще, но это совсем не то, что хотелось бы от них. Закажу дебют на виниле и буду переслушавать.

После мощного вступления пошли какие-то постные сопли.
На самом деле понравилось, что есть хоть какое-то развитие. И слабоватый голос вокалиста больше подходит именно такой музыке.
Вот только по прежнему их музыка проходит как-то мимо меня.
Больше всего понравился трек 4. Silver Wings

Сначала при прослушивании ловил себя на мысли, что альбом до предшественника не дотягивает. А седня после перерыва прослушал вновь и то ли попал в настроение, то ли что называется прозрел, но понял, что альбом охрененный. Стиль ближе к траду, но традиционным думом язык не повернется их назвать, они балансируют где-то на стыке с дум-дезом

Спецом послушал все полноформаты.
Заходов в дум дэт вообще не обнаружено, вокал везде чистый.

Понял, что как-то напрасно так уж прям невзлюбил последние два. Особенно 2017ый хорош, сабж как-то слабее по материалу. Да и стилистически не так сильно отличаются. Просто на их лучшей работе 2014 года по атмосфере все очень минорно и грустно, последующие работы более светлые, что для меня минус.

В целом же добротный дум.

Хороший, ровный альбом. Меланхоличный, без надрыва, прошлый, пожалуй, поярче был чутка. Спокойные красивые мелодии, спокойный красивый вокал. Иногда ощущение пост- составляющей, причём скорее даже пост-рока, чем -метала. Silver Wings бессовестно хороша, также сильно цепанула последняя вещь.

В тройку по думу за 2020-й не войдёт, но достойно.
