Если бы появилась группа "Xep с Горы" (может быть даже Горы Горбатой (IMG:style_emoticons/default/1488.gif) ), способная выдать нечто близкое, безусловно, они бы получили похвалу в свой адрес.
Слушаю альбом по кругу который день - не нарадуюсь. Очень удачный и правильных во всех отношениях альбом, много приятных и вкусных моментов. Что касается теоретического CftM, то была и вроде бы даже есть шведская группа Aeon, подписанная также на Metal Blade, ну это просто непрекрытый дёр, достойный исключительного порицания и ведра тухлых помидоров. Можно "снять" звук, можно обыграть чужой рифф и выдать за свой и т.д. СС же выдают оригинальный музыкальный контент и очередной альбом показывает великолепную форму группы - исполнительскую и композиторскую.

Что касается претензий к звуку - разумеется с пластиковых колонок genius и пережатого мп3 файла можно многое сказать о звуке и его свойствах. Прослушав FLAC версию, могу сказать, что звучит подозрительно. Но это вопрос именно в флаку неизвестного происхождения, нежели к уровню группы. Уж кто-то, а эти господа со звуком работать умеют.

Well after 3 days of spinning this, its over.

Out the window it goes, lazy, commercial mid tempo, Def Metal, with the obligatory 'provocative' cover, the AC/DC of Def Metal.

Fuck CC. Same riffs, exact same vocals with NOT one single variation, I mean this dude is just got one sound, that's it, he has NO range what so ever.

They have one of the most dynamic and fierce Metal guitarist, with Rutan, and they do absolutely NOTHING with him, he may as well have been asleep.





The Bleeding is their masterwork and ironically it's when Barnes' left the building for good, he new it was over 27 years ago, and he was right.


Just do yourselves a favour and go listen to 'Cambion's - Conflagrate The Celestial Refugium (2021)', or 'Werewolves's - What A Time To Be Alive (2021)', if you want true Death Metal, and not this commercial vomit.


3 out of 10 for the memories.

На удивление, альбом оказался хорош. Хотя я очень давно не слушал CC, а из новья - только 2012, который мне тоже зашел.
Брутал мало слушаю, но по крайней мере, если брать последнее мною прослушанное в данном жанре, то Violence Unimagined лучше, чем свежие опусы Deeds of Flesh, Six Feet Under, Cytotoxin.
