Не понял претензий к Яри, если честно. Человек из живёт и работает в привычной ему среде, которую он знает лучше всего.
Не актуально? Возможно!
Опоздал? А он куда то спешил?
А какой нибудь трэш 80-х, который сейчас делают с новым рвением, никуда не опоздал?
Люди покупают это, потому что имеют возможность и желание поддерживать любимых исполнителей, а не потому, что им край как нужен новый сингл, который они скачать могут в любой момент.

Дядько выложил не просто неплохой (в общем-то) трек - он сделал хитрее. Он вывалил мультитрек, что сейчас намного более интересно для публики из числа любителей поковырять чужие миксы.
Бывает так, что какую-то бытовую технику покупают только чтобы разобрать.

Пожалуй, соглашусь. А тут будут ютуберы сидеть, и ковырять этот хлам, ещё и про мёд в бочке с *овном рассуждать, попутно. С лицами знатоков.

В целом, была когда-то крутая группа Wintersun, но потом что-то пошло не так и всё заверте... Песни со 140 дорожками в миксе, непомерные требования и пафос, краудфандинги в никуда, и на выходе имеем что имеем.

Уточню, что из комментария автора на фб стало ясно, что этот "короткий сингл" не имеет никакого отношения к новым песням/альбомам, над которыми он сейчас "работает".
Предположу, что инстументальная зарисовка и клип были сделаны чисто в целях рекламы для гитарной фирмы, эндосером которой он стал пару-тройку месяцев назад. Так что, вероятно, он получил не только деньги купивших релиз на бк, но и деньги за рекламирование. А лого Wintersun фигурирует во всем этом деле сугубо для привлечения внимания.

Wintersun is quite possibly the longest-running, most successful scam in all of metal. They are so far from being an actual band at this point that reviewing this single is probably completely pointless, yet I feel compelled to write one anyways. The last decade-plus of this "band's" existence has been such a captivating train wreck that I simply cannot avert my eyes. When it comes to producing anything other than music, Wintersun is the grift that keeps on giving. Whether it's Jari's endless excuses about why he can't produce music or his Patreon swindling, he is an inexhaustible fountain of excuses and hilarity.
