На самом деле я не то чтобы был разочарован, но ожидал большего. Даже предвдущий The code is red был помощнее. Но этот все равно хорош! иначе не тратил бы такую кучу денег на родной диск (IMG:http://metalarea.org/forum/style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif)

Вот бывает: увидел-почитал тему, решил послушать - йОпть (IMG:style_emoticons/default/17.gif) , а релиза у меня и нету этого. Может снёс в какой-то раз переустановки винды, либо по ошибке снёс (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hmm.gif) , надо забирать отсюда (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) . ND решили значительно расширить границы grind core - ввели хор (Atheist Runt), добавили женский вокал (In Deference), Харрис сыграл несколько интересных соляков ( Call That An Option?, Deaf & Dumbstruck), заодно и молодость вспомнили (Smear Campaign напомнила мне Dementia Acess с ранешнего альбома). Плюс к этому значительное количество скоростных трэков типа Sink fast let go, охренительное интро, и получился альбом, заслуживающий всяческого уважения.

Та же ситуация и с 2005-м, но там материал хуже. Ещё обиднее от того, что спустя 3 года ситуация перевернулась с ног на голову: убогий материал при мощном звуке.

В целом же: максимальное кол-во боевиков, минимум филлеров (сходу даже назвать не смогу, какие), энтузиазм прёт, как у 20-летних, робкие хоры и симфоника (более смелыми они станут в 2012-м. Что характерно, лучше от этого не станет), аккуратные диссонансы (только через 9 лет они превратят их в фишку) и, как итог, их пиковая точка в дэтграйнде и нахождение в тройке их лучших альбомов. Лучше только экспериментальный Apex Predator.
