Еsmund Fregdegjovar is a medieval hero of Telemark in Norway. This is a musical
and lyrical tale of how Еsmund Fregdegjжvar is appointed by the king, then
boarding Ormin Lange (kings finest ship) then sailing off to Trollebotten (ogre
castle). Where he does battle with Skomegyvri and later rescues the princess
(kings daughter). Еsmund Fregdegjovar towards the end returns to the King with
the Princess and some of Skomegyvri's treasure.

вспоминаются времена, когда они еще такой первоклассный душевный метал делали... сейчас тоже не плохо, но все равно Осмунд к сердцу больно прирос. спасибо за демо, хоть песни и те же, но может немного другое исполнение.

According to DisCogs, the demo tracks run, as follows:

Those on Musify (albeit at 320 kbps) run somewhat differently, and in fact the same as those in the 2003 release:
