Extended info
Since the beginning of Seikima-II in 1983, the band had a prophecy. The prochecy foretold the band would disband in December 31, 1999, at 23:59:59, just before the beginning of the next millenium. That time was now. "Living Legend" is Seikima-II last studio album, and once more, it's name is not randomly chosen. The band decided not to experiment with this album. Not with this one. They wanted to end the band in honor, and dignity. They wanted to give their fans what they really wanted. And that's what they did. "Living Legend" is one of their heaviest albums ever released, with songs like "Heavy Metal Is Dead", "Revolution Has Come", "Century Of The Raising Arms", and other great songs like "From Here To Eternity", "Silence or Violence?" and "20seiki Kyoushikyoku", the album lives up to the the name of the band, and it ultimately closed the curtain for the band. On December 29, 30 and 31 of the year 1999, Seikima-II held their last concerts, playing about 70 songs (more than 6 hours of music), covering their entire career. On December 31, exactly at 23:59:59, Seikima-II said goodbye one last time, and ascended to the land of Jigoku.
