Могучи славянские языки, и одна из составляющих Силы - буйный цвет синонимов; так вот, украинское слово "хуртовина" именно в данном случае лучше перевести как "пурга".
Что ж это вчера-сегодня столько пурги, пурген что ли такой забористый выпускают?
