Американцы Dead Serenade записали всего две демки - A Passion We Once Knew и Sorrow Breeds, обе - в 94-м году. Не знаю, как первая демка, но вот эта, Sorrow Breeds, особого энтузиазма у меня не вызвала. Дэт/дум с мощным, почти утробным, гроулингом, постоянно срывающийся в дэт-забой. Не скажу, чтобы всё плохо (отнюдь нет, какая-то своя харизма есть), но меня не устроила здесь некая размытость, нецельность в этом мрачном материале. Последняя вещь In My Misery получше будет, поконкретней, хотя сам характер мелодий на любителя. Кстати, гитарист Мёртвой Серенады замечен впоследствии в небезызвестном ансамбле Novembers Doom. 7/10
