Сегодня утром сильно подморозило...
Не то что со двора выехать - на центральных улицах тяжело было управлять машиной...
(До этого мне в лобовое на скорости 170 "влетела" чайка, потом залепил камень, размяв лобовуху).

Обобщая - настроение было полнейшее Г*ВНО и Ж*О*ПА.

Странно, что никогда не возил я с собой диск ОДЕРЖИМЫХ. Но сегодня утром именно его воткнул в магнитолу.
Как же прекрасно слышать The Exorcist и Death Metal - ничего!! НИЧЕГО!!

Нет, в качестве сравнения могу назвать только некоторые треки ASPHYX, GRAVE и MORBID AN

ПС / Оговорюсь, что ра....

Едва ли, учитывая тот факт, что на сборнике засветились Helloween и Running Wild )))
Что касается первичности термина, то первая демка Possessed с названием Death Metal вышла в 1983 году, так что я полностью согласен с AB5.

Пожалуй первые, кто заиграл по-настоящему дикий в прямом смысле (не злобный как у Kreator или Sodom, а именно дикий!) трэш.

Не, это скорее направленная агрессия. А в случае сабжа, это - именно дикость. Материал очень импульсивный - все ритмы исполнены довольно рвано, чувствуется частая "смена настоения" исполнителей. Ставка/упор сделаны на использование наиболее тяжелых риффов, звучащих словно двигатели старых бензопил и атональных гармоний, позже искустно перенятых Морбид Ангелами и Ноктюрносом зародышного периода.

Очень сильный альбом, один из лучших выпущенных в 80-х. Очень долго прожил на кассете.

Честно говоря, не испытал никакого шока когда услышал в первый раз (если не ошибаюсь это было в 1988-1989 году), как не было шока от Death - воспринималось как логичное, нормальное (пусть и более тяжелое и экстремальное) продолжение треша
Шок был от Napalm Death и дебютника Carcass (примерно в тоже время)
