''Sworn to the Dark'' sounds like a tribute to Dissection. Melodic, slow and mid tempos. It's still aggressive, but not as much as ''Casus Luciferi''. They slowed down a bit, but there wouldn't be Watain without Thrashy influences so there are Storm of the Antichrist and Underneath the Cenotaph which are faster tracks. The other hightlights: Legions of the Black Light, Satan's Hunger, Sworn to the Dark, Stellarvore. For sure the last song is the most recognisable and without a doubt one of the best of Watain. Very good album, reminds about Dissection in a splendid way.
