шрифт уменьшить, колонтитулы, поля. Много способов. К тому же я говорю это листов 106, а страниц 212

Я когда читал, сам книгу сделал. в ворде есть плагин позволяющий сделать верстку а-ля книга (не помню как называется). вот 10-м шрифтом нормально получается, читабельно.
Вообще книга - журналистский пиздеж на 50%
