So how to describe the kind of bands if it will be needed to show smbdy in a messages? "Meshuggah Metal"? I think it's enough that popularity have "math-metal" - to answer such about concrete bunch of bands.

As so - the Groove Metal is also not nature kind of word - but if you ask someone he could show the examples of the bands to playin' so.
The main thing is -> the bands
but to describe the whole and easy to each other -> we need the terms.

But about "post metal" - I am also not amused such kind of term.

Альбом, конечно, отличнейший.
Не очень я правда понял, зачем впихивать EPху, изданную ранее по середине альбома. Понятно, что нового материала 31 минута, но новый довольно сильно отличается от старого, стал более психоделичный что ли и атмосферный.
Более логично, мне кажется, было бы EP сделать прицепом вторым диском.

Ну и тут все очень круто конечно.
