Собственно, люблю всё упорядочивать, не сказал бы, что прям так поклонник сего направления смешения стиля Thrash с Funk-ом,
но захотелось составить список, а кто же был, играл - кто родоначальник этого "безобразия":

вот, в одной теме уже указывали Mordred

Re-Animator (Gbr) (cо второго альбома уже явно + reggae)

Ludichrist по-любому этим занимались
и рэпчину с трешем, кстати начали мешать чуть раньше AnthraX
альбом Immaculate Deception (1986), композиция 8. Green Eggs And Ham
они же стали Scatterbrain и от смешиваний не отказались.

Post Mortem (USA) уже в 90х (at Festival Of Fun (1991) и Destined For Failure (1993))

Lawnmower Deth - если имеют через альбом по mix то тут, то там - то это скорее industrial experiments, not funk (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hmm.gif)

Suicidal Tendencies (at Lights... Camera... Revolution! (1990), The Art Of Rebellion (1992), Suicidal For Life (1994))

More Funk & Rock as it is - much less Thrash:
Mindfunk (они же Mind Funk)
Ignorance
Requiem (Deu) - Soulmachine (1994)
The Organization ?
Last Crack (Sinister Funkhouse#17 [remastered 2007] (1989)) - GREAT music!

Damnability - Demo 1992 [demo] (1992) там 02 - Watching You Watching Me Die

Genuine Thrashiac, не подскажете: в каких из вышеперечисленных альбомов больше всего фанка?

Может, есть околотрэш, полутрэш (IMG:style_emoticons/default/crazy.gif) который в чём-то по звучанию близок Primus ("Tommy The Cat" на youtube)? Я понимаю, что это совсем разная музыка, но меня интересуют возможные ассоциации.

Мне нравится Mordred - первый альбом конкретный bay area thrash, а на втором уже больше фанка. Еще интересная группа Scatterbrain, у Death Angel/The Organisation тоже есть фанковые элементы.
