отслушал. Это не лучший их альбом, определённо (впрочем, так можно гвоорить про любую их работу после дебютника), но мне определённо понравилось больше предыдущего The Blackening. Драйва, наверное, побольше стало. С технической точки зрения — безупречно, как и всегда. Очень не хватает их проникновенных баллад. Послушать не без удовольствия несколько раз, и забыть... наверное, так и будет, хотя я не оставляю надежд на более высокий результат.

Не заметил! Альбом определенно мелодичнее, а вот насчет соплей - не думаю! Хотя каждый слушатель слышит по-разному. Альбом, вобщем неплох, не айс, конечно, но послушать стоит, а некоторые песни, например Locust, I Am Hell, так вообще замечательные (имхо).

хз что ты имеешь ввиду под схожестью, но и тот и другой были сделаны в одном стиле, грув митол

на волне популярности Пантеры играла грув, потом на волне подъема ньюметала снова уход туда же соотвественно, в 2007 типо возрващение к корням случилось (IMG:style_emoticons/default/1488.gif) опять же в угоду фанатам
