Эпохальная работа великих гётебогцев.
Первое, что выгодно выделяет альбом на фоне соседних релизов этого замечательного коллектива - свехактивная работа второй гитары, как минимум 50% каждой композиции играющей по-философски одухотворенные мелодические рисунки, благодаря которым, каждый номер на альбоме узнается с ходу.
Звучание здесь вообще очень резкое в целом, чему сильно способствуют выведенные ступень средних частот у гитар и высоких у баса, что как бы даёт намек на сухость. Но в данном случае "сухость" эта музыкально обоснована, изобилием витиеватых мелодий, просто фонтанирующих из гитар, которые, будь здесь по-больше "бетона", наверняка потерялись бы здесь среди гулкого гитарного чеса и мясистого грохота ударных. Да и остальные инструменты, в том числе и вокал (да, здесь это - тоже полноценный инструмент), заметно сдали бы, в следствии чего альбом однозначно потерял бы свою главную черту - выразительность.

От себя лично, громадный pray за "Lethe" - тема отлично передавшая (жители Мурманска, Архангельска, Норильска, Якутска, Анадыри и других окрестных сёл меня поймут (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) ) атмосферу дремучего зимнего спокойствия, нарушамого лишь свистом ветра за окном и стуком мороза в стекло. Такое даже по-труевее будет самого лютого норвежского блецка с его ёлками и сугробами. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile3.gif)
