Не знаю как ты там ЮСД юзаешь ... но у меня с меги лёт неплохо скорость невысокая но льёт... а занятость серверов может вызвана старыми плагинами! попробуй обновить! п.с скачай полный комплект и удали оттуда плаги MegaUpload и MegaUploadA1! Оставь тока MegaUploadA2 !
Насчёт докачки - там всё отлично докачивается...но перерывы между скачивание лучше не делать больше 3 дней!(возможно умертвление временной ссылки , это легко исправляется ЮСД или простым получением новой ссылки!
