p/s: оценил на 7.6/10
оценка получилась выше( чем у 2001) за счёт 2 и 8 тем - их я явно внёс в список лучших их тем/

Очень хороший альбом, тогда (в 1999) после первого же прослушивания решил оставить СД (благо была возможность брать в "Феньке" диски на пробу). Потом как-то "остыл", тем не менее, на мой взгляд, это лучший альбом у Amon Amarth

Плавный альбом с более продуманным подходом к созданию композиций и работой над звуком. Лично мне кажется менее энергичным и заряженным в сравнении с дебютом Once Sent From The Golden Hall, демонстрирующим больше искры и удаль. Безусловно, для кого-то этот альбом окажется лучшим, особенно если был услышан "в свое время". Мне же альбомы The Avenger и The Crusher кажутся этаким этапом становления, неровный период развития группы. Сколько не слушал - не откликаются. Хотя дебют и работы 2002-2013 в плейлисте прописались давно и до сих пор сохраняют свою актуальность.

Да, однозначно дебютник более энергичен, но сабж мне нравится больше (может быть именно за счет написанного тобой (т.е. более продуманный подход к созданию композиций и работой над звуком)
