А меня их творчество перестало радовать и давно. Своими первыми тремя альбомами они хорошенько жахнули, а потом уже интерес к ним начал спадать.

Чёт даже и слушать не тянет. Опостылили они уже. После 2003 - явный спад. 2005 хоть слушался более-менее интересно, но быстро приелся, а что 2008, что 2011 слабо отложились в памяти. Завязывать ребятам надо с музыкой. Пора бы признать, что только первые 4 их релиза по настоящему интересны и ценны, остальное - так, довесок.

Если честно, то новый альбом очень хочется в скорости послушать. Чего-то нового, конечно, я услышать не ожидаю, но всё-таки это Бодомы и материал у них всегда был качественный. Ну, ладно, летом услышим. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hmm.gif)

Первый - крутой, сырой, надрывный, молодёжный (в хорошем понимании этого слова) и искренний. ХБ - развёртка идей, торжество мелодизма, превосходство гитарно-клавишных дуэлей и неповторимая атмосфера. Третий - самый прилизанный и для меня самый неинтересный, однако отрицать его мощь тоже нельзя. Альбом - спопсованный и обточивший углы ХБ, добавивший попсятины и драйва. Ряд выдающихся песен тоже есть. И наконец, ХК. Жесткий, тяжеленный, агрессивный, он, как монолит, падает на голову и разламывает ее. Самый апогей тяжести и при этом качевости, на котором классическая эра Чоб закончилась и началось непонятное экспериментаторство и вообще непонятно что.

Да, Follow The Reaper - гениальнийший альбом, а потом качественная, техически сложная и просто хорошая музыка (до диких восторгов далековато)

Но с каждым альбомом ожидаем .... крутейшего материала, т.к. потенциал и порох еще не развеялся по миру

Of course every band has to evolve, but the music has to remain challenging and interesting. This single sounds like a relatively "safe" choice and doesn't really stray from the sound they've recently established. It's not bad, just not great and i would imagine that if every song on their new album sounds similar it would get boring quite quickly. But as Fess says, let's wait for the full release and judge the music then rather than jumping to conclusions.

(ps...i'll translate any Russian replies so feel free not to use English if you don't want to)

Дело не в ожидании повторения или неприятии нового, а в НЕИНТЕРЕСНОСТИ и СКУЧНОСТИ этого нового. Что экспериментальный 2005, что якобы трэшево-злой 2008, что "возвращенческий" 2011 звучат НЕ как COB. Это и не как новая глава, и не как продолжение или переосмысление старого. А вообще непонятно что - какой то метальчик попиликивает. На этих записях нет ничего. что когда-то делало СОВ СОВом. Это как 100 раз пережёванная каша. Поэтому на этом фоне их раннее начинаешь ценить с усиленной отдро4кой.
