The End Records is to reissue this album on January 20th 2009. Featuring cover art by Stephen O'Malley (SUNN O))), Southern Lord Records), this reissue is Imaginary Soniscape as it was originally conceived by the band, introducing two songs cut from the original release. Remastered by James Murphy!
Интересная новость. Учитывая что ремастеринговынный Gallows Gallery звучит как совершенно новый альбом, то думаю и этот ремастеринг будет крайне интересным. ждем))

Основу альбома составляет бодренький , но в то же время монотонный усыпляющий мелодичный хардн-хеви, слегка утяжеленный до экстрим-метал стандартов. По мне это слишком гармонично и мерно. Блэковый грим вокал тоже монотонный и не злобный - не такой эмоциональный как на dread dreams-99. Зато очень-очень много внимания уделено звукам,эффектам,аранжировкам заднего плана, т.е. если слушать внимательно, можно получить приличное удовольствие. Ну и разумеется душа радуется, когда ихний вокалист в каждой песне выдает прогрессивный проинрыш на разных инструментах (синт минимуг, электропианинка родес, органчик, саксофон, дудки и др.) - иногда ну просто нереально красиво и навороченно. Вроде таких вставок хватает, но хочется еще больше. И здорово бы еще антимелодичные моменты-встряски добавить чтобы слушатель совсем не засовел.
