According to the Saga of Eric the Red (Eireks saga rauða), Galdr is a magic chant used in magical Seiðr séances. In later sagas, the word simply applies to magic in general.
Played in 2004-2008 as Thulcandra.
Not to be confused with the doom metal band Galdr from Seattle, Washington.
