Наконец едем дальше.
Попробуем значительно подсократить список композиций, полученный в результате голосования на третьем этапе.

На данном этапе выбираем лучших. В следующий тур пройдут 15 (расширяемо до 20 при равенстве набранных голосов) лучших песен, но не более чем 2 от одной группы.
Голосуем.
Ограничения при голосовании на данном этапе
Не более 15 (пятнадцати) песен в списке
Не более 2 песен от каждой группы.
Одна из песен в вашем списке может быть ( но не обязательно) об'явлена вами фаворитом (лидером, лучшей и т.д., называйте как угодно, но это надо сделать ЯВНО) - тогда ваш голос за нее будет утроен.
