Полтора года назад купил диск, послушал, по первой 10-минутной The Mountains Are Mine всё мне стало совершенно ясно - ЧУМА! Пятерка без вопросов.
Иными словами 9/10 как минимум.

Mourning Beloveth на своём дебютном альбоме играют качественный, серьёзный (без грамма иронии) и весьма мелодичный дэт/дум. Но извечный недостаток ирландцев - уныло и крайне предсказуемо! Уже после одной минуты звучания композиции заранее знаешь, без особого риска ошибиться, что будет на 10-й, или 11-й минуте этой композиции. А грусть/тоска, возведённая в куб, меня просто ужасает - ну как можно столько времени проводить в беспросветном мраке! При этом, группа, действительно, небесталантная - недаром является одной из лидирующих в стиле депрессивного дэт/дума. Наиболее интересная вещь на альбоме - Autumnal Fires. О вокалах: их два - глубокий гроулинг и чистый "проникновенный", оба поют о том, как тяжело бывает мужчине осенью. И вот уже больше 15-ти лет всё тяжело и тяжело. Пора, наверное, ребятам съезжать с "зелёного острова", а то совсем зачахнут. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) 7/10
