Маньяк ушел тогда, так как не мог больше ездить в чуть ли не другой конец Норвегии на репетиции (из интервью с Бласфемером).
А вообще на Deathcrush мне его вокал не нравится. У Messiah намного лучше. Хотя до Dead'а им всем далеко.
